Zero Engineering, a former marketing sector of Zhe Long Plastic Co. (Registration No. 3302041001203) established in 2000, focuses on special plastic rods and sheets. Adhering to independent technology, Zero Engineering puts such high value on researching and developing that we make or design everything from the production line to tooling. We are also known as the inventor of “Pulse Extrusion” (Invention Patent No.201410330331.1), creating the top products of plastic such as PPS, PEEK, TPI, etc. Currently, we have 30 production lines of extrusion rods and sheets, displaying an immense abundant producing ability. There is a stable team of skilled workers, and most of them have been engaged in extrusion work for more than ten years with a deep understanding of extrusion. In Zero Engineering, there is a five-member R&D team in which each member has sufficient industrial and engineering backgrounds, and one of them has engaged in engineering for over 21 years. With 5% to 8% annual revenue taken from Zero Engineering for R&D investigation, the team has successively overcome the problems of high-temperature insulation, anti-sticking, highly filled polymer anisotropy, etc. Besides, they obtained 12 various inventions including the "Pulse Extrusion" (Invention Patent No. 201410330331.1), which means the products would have independent intellectual property rights. It is the guarantee that ensures our leading position in the industry.
Production FacilitiesWe believe that advanced hardware and perfect technology are the premise of producing high-quality products. The company now has 30 special plastic plate and bar production lines, and these extrusion equipment and molds are designed by us. Before that, there was no similar set of extrusion equipment in China, and accurate automatic control can ensure constant product quality. In terms of technology, Zheneng has precisely abandoned the traditional "fluorocarbon coating" process and innovatively used inorganic coatings that are more resistant to high temperature. The new coating has a wider adaptation to extruded materials. 10 sets of stress relief furnaces with an annual processing capacity of 2000 tons to ensure that each batch of products can be fully stress relieved.
